Google has updated its business-like features, allowing users to work together while having a video conversation.

It has been announced this week that Google+ Hangouts now includes Google Docs integration for the whole community as it's been added to the core experience for all users. This tool allows users to collaborate on documents “from trip planning and lecture notes to doodling and charades” while having a live video conversation with people in a different building or a different country.

To try it out, you just need to click on the new “Docs” button inside your hangout. You can add an existing document or upload a new one, with added documents available as a list on the left-hand side of the screen. You can also switch between and collaboratively edit multiple documents at once. This feature, now available to everyone who uses Google+ Hangouts, should be useful for people who want to work together on a document, as they can write and edit while chatting to each other in a live video conversation.
