At the 2012 New York Auto Show, Land Rover presented a new ‘Expedition’ version of their Defender 100 Concept. This iteration celebrates an actual expedition of Land Rover Discovery vehicles trekking across China to arrive at the Beijing Auto Show later this month. The Expedition concept kits out the Defender with a snorkel for water crossings, a custom roof cargo rack, and multi-function bumpers. Land Rover is still on target to introduce a production version of the new Defender in a few years.
