Target is partnering with luxury fashion boutique The Webster, in Miami, as part of its new design program, which debuts on May 6th at all of its stores and online. The Shops at Target is an ongoing program, with collaborations planned for 2012 and beyond. The company is partnering directly with the shop owners of speciality stores and boutiques to create affordable, limited-edition collections for its customers.
