French footwear label Christian Louboutin has released its first free app, which includes designer sketches, current collections, an in-app wishlist, sharing features, a retail locator, news, and videos. The app shares a bit of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a product, with a '20 Ans' section that features sketches of its 20th Anniversary Capsule Collection in a photo-collage. Users can click on each sketch to view it in a larger version.

The ‘Collection' section of the app displays the spring/summer 2012 collection with images and product descriptions. Users can add items to an in-app wishlist and share them via Facebook, Twitter or email. When accessing the wishlist, users can view all the items they've added on a virtual corkboard. The Louboutin app also includes a video section, the latest news articles from the brand, and a store locator.
