VenueSeen is a platform giving businesses the ability to identify and interact with customers sharing location-specific photos on popular social networks.

In preparation for the release of our upcoming Future of Retail report, PSFK reached out to VenueSeen, a platform giving businesses the ability to identify and interact with customers sharing photos around their brand on popular social networks. The platform works by aggregating the photos and consumer content generated on popular networks like Instagram and Facebook taken at a physical location, and allows retailers to see the social content being generated. Businesses gain an understanding of the conversation going on around their physical location, while offering valuable insights into ways to improve the customer experience from product inception to point of sale. We caught up with Brian Zuercher, CEO of VenueSeen, to get his thoughts.
