Creative electrical sheets light up rooms that have no natural sunlight.

Makoto Hirahara’s Bright Blind is a creative way to bring light to rooms with no windows. Rather than go through the long and costly process of knocking down structures to create natural lighting, users can simply put up these blinds that give an illusion of a window.

The blinds are made with electroluminescent (EL) sheets, where the brightness can be adjusted by turning the plastic stick that hangs from the blinds. Bright Blind is handmade and interested consumers can sign up to be notified when the product is available.
