Manicube is a movable nail salon that liaises with companies in New York City to offer professional manicures at corporate offices, either in conference rooms or employee services areas. The company serves to meet the beauty needs of working women with little or no time. Manicube brings quick and simple 15-minute manicures right to working women’s (or men’s) desk-side. In addition, to empower women throughout the world, for each manicure, the company will donate $1 to women of the developing world to help them start businesses and get them on their feet, via the non-profit partner, Kiva.

Katina Mountanos and co-founder Liz Whitman are looking into expansion in key cities in the U.S. and internationally. Manicube also exploring the addition of other services, including eyebrow grooming and massages. “The idea is to make women’s lives easier,” Whitman explains.
