Hotel Introduces Exercise Program For A Good Night’s Sleep

To help guests relax before bed, the Park Hyatt Tokyo offers a unique, free amenity.

The ‘Good Night Sleep Stretch’ at the Park Hyatt Tokyo is a free amenity that offers a healthy and natural way to improve the travel experience for busy guests. The activity takes place every Wednesday and Saturday night at 9 p.m. in the Aerobics Studio of the hotel’s exclusive spa and fitness facility, Club On The Park. Designed to promote a restful sleep, an instructor leads guests in a 30 minute stretch sequence to relax their entire body before bed.

If stretching doesn’t do it, guests can relax with a drink at the hotel’s New York Bar, a site made famous for its supporting role in the movie Lost In Translation.
