Almost 300 images from the Curiousity have been turned into a stop-motion video of the land rover's landing.

Having successfully landed on Mars yesterday, the Curiosity land rover has begun transmitting the 1,054 images from its descent. NASA has turned 297 of these images into a stop-motion video that viewers can see on their website.
