Hydroponic gardening just became a lot easier for beginner gardeners. Bitponics is a sensor system that is able to detect water and air temperature, humidity, brightness, and soil pH. All the information is collected and synced to an online account where the user is able to receive real-time data and find out how to take care of the plants properly. Users can automate anything that can be controlled by a power outlet, such as water pumps and lights.

Gardeners will also be part of the Bitponics community where members can share photos, information, and tips. Bitponics was successfully funded by Kickstarter and will begin to ship the kit this month The expected cost for each kit is $395.
