Maspro has developed a home security camera to help pet-owners keep a close watch on their cat or dog. The system includes a wide-angle lens that is able to cover the view of an entire room from one corner to another. The megapixel camera uses a digital zoom that is able to track pets much more smoother compared to a pan-tilt camera.

The automatic tracking capability ensures that the subject is always in the center of the screen. Users can receive real-time video feeds straight on their smartphone or computer. The security system can also surveillance people as well, allowing users to check up on their family members.

The system is expected to be priced around $450 but no release date has been confirmed. Watch the video below for a demonstration of how it all works:
