PicView‘s free iPad app lets you take or upload a photo and add voice annotations to it using a simple recorder. Add audio to the visual ‘memories’ to remember exactly where you were and what you were doing when you snapped the picture. You can select specific areas of the image with ‘Trackers’ to add short animations that enable you to point out certain details. After you’ve finished recording, you can apply filters and frames, add a title, and share your creation via Facebook, Twitter, or email.
