The company is testing a service in private beta that shows you who and what you need to know to achieve your career goals, analyzing more than 7 million profiles to give you most relevant results.

It provides a visual career roadmap and analyzes how the user matches to their dream job based on their skills and experience. Then it calculates what other skills they might need and what tools could help them reach their goal.
