The Gamila Company has come up with the patent-pending “Impress Coffee” that is a portable thermo mug and a French press in one. The one-cup-at-a-time coffee maker brews full-bodied coffee without any electric mechanisms, paper filters, or messy coils to clean. The simple design consists of only three parts: The outer cup, the inner cylinder with a micro-filter bottom, and a lid.

Users only need to place coffee grounds into the cup, and pour hot water. After letting it brew for three minutes, you only need to push down the inner filter and the coffee is ready to be consumed straight from the Impress. The double-walled stainless stell helps to keep the drink hot, while still cool to touch.

The Impress coffee brewer has already exceeded its goal of $50,000 on Kickstarter and has raised of $75,000 with 19 days remaining. Watch the video below to see how Impress works.
