Brooklyn Secret ‘Street Style’ Camera Takes Pictures When Anyone Passes By

To showcase Williamsburg’s raw, unedited street scene, the Styleblaster blog uploads photos automatically taken, that visitors can vote up if they're stylish.

Styleblaster offers a real-time account of what the people in Williamsburg are wearing. It differs from typical street style blogs, as it documents all. A camera positioned a block from the Bedford L subway train takes a picture whenever someone walks by. These are automatically uploaded to the blog, which updates in real-time to showcase each new image, and online visitors can vote them up by clicking the image of a top hat. They can also watch a live feed, browse a recent history of images, or compare shots over the days and weeks as the fashion changes with the season.
