Clock Traces Time As Spirographs On The Wall [Pics]
Design studio displays minutes and hours as beautiful graphics drawn throughout the day.
Drawing Time in an installation created by Mischer’Traxler studio and was curated for the exhibition ‘This is My Forest: The Harvest Cycle.’ The mechanical contraption visually records the passing of time through spirographs that are drawn on a blank wall. Each day, two spirographs are drawn where one outlines the passed minutes, and the other shoes the passed hours. After 24 hours, the device moves to a random spot on the wall and starts again. As each day passes, more and more graphical patterns fill the canvas.
