To tie in with the Mayan end of the world on December 21st, the brand has created a microsite with a fun game starring retired NBA star Dikembe Mutombo.

The Mayans predicted that the world is going to end on December 21st. To stop that from happening, Old Spice has created a wacky 8-bit adventure game on a microsite called ‘Dikembe Mutombo’s 4 ½ Weeks to Save the World‘. Each week, a new adventure will unlock, and players need to help the retired NBA star carve additional time into the Mayan calendar.
