Booths offer video chat assistance to travelers - and can even point the way.

When some of the PSFK team were leaving Munich yesterday, we noticed a new information booth at the airport that uses video-chat. With a press of a button, users are connected to a blue-coated assistant who appears on screen as if they were using Apple’s FaceTime.
