Anika Vuurzoon‘s ‘Lego Player’ is a record player made entirely from LEGO parts. Driven by an NXT brick, the device uses ‘LP Creator’ software developed by Matthias Paul Scholz. Musical notes are encoded as colors on the back of each record, which are detected by two color sensors. Records are produced using Finale NotePad and then added to the playlist in LP Creator, which generates the unique color code.
