Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, Miami's Eleven Eleven is a light and open space with a rooftop restaurant and retail stores.

Eleven Eleven is not the typical dark and dingy parking garage. Envisioned by Robert Wennett and designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the building is a light and open space. The garage is located in the heart of Miami's cultural hotspots, so the architects transformed it into a social spot that encourages community.

The unique shopping, dining, residential, and parking experience is constructed of concrete and glass. Each level is filled with natural light, creating striking vistas of the city. There are 11 street-level retail concept stores featuring a mix of exclusive internationally diverse retailers and three restaurants with floor-to-ceiling windows. A rooftop restaurant offers ocean and city views, there is a 300-space garage with valet services, and a number of fully-furnished homes. The building even offers yoga classes and weddings at the space because it is so beautiful and so unlike a standard garage. Watch the video below to see Eleven Eleven:
