The new app ‘Bang With Friends‘ lets you browse your Facebook friends for people you’d have casual sex with. You privately select the friends and then if they have also chosen you using the app, you are both notified.

You will be sent an email to let you know you’re a match and can then message each other to choose when and where you want to meet up.

The anonymous creators said they wanted to take the ambiguity out of dating and create an honest and forward tool that cuts to the chase when finding out if someone is interested. The controversial app gained 20,000 users in its first week.

Another group has already created a parody, ‘Bang With Professionals‘ for LinkedIn, showing the ridiculousness of the app. One of it’s creators told The Daily Beast:

[Sex] should be something you’re expressive about, that you’re comfortable with, and if there’s a beautiful woman or a handsome man that you’re interested in, you shouldn’t hold back. We’re just giving you closer access to knowing the truth.
