The Future Of Work

The performance management company Happiily has recently launched the web application ‘Tell Your Boss Anything‘ which lets employees send anonymous feedback to their managers. By submitting comments through the application managers and workers a like, can safely comment or offer constructive criticism, with the knowledge that they won’t be subject to retribution if their co-worker doesn’t like what they have to say.

This anonymity doesn’t mean employees are free to send messages containing curse words or violent phrases as the application blocks and flags abusive messages with a filter. Managers can respond to employees who send them comments and both sides are given the tools to discuss issues and get problems resolved.
