Need to show a presentation but didn’t bring any materials? This Dell Wyse ‘Project Ophelia’ device enables remote access to content from any capable display.

The portable device, which is slightly larger than a USB memory stick, lets people manage their work and personal lives by accessing content via the cloud. It enables users to convert any capable TV or monitor into a functioning interactive personal display device without using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Project Ophelia is self-powered through a monitor and easily fits inside your pocket. It also allows people to instantly turn a display into a securely managed, communications-enabled thin client for work, demos, or presentations. Tarkan Maner, vice president and general manager for Cloud Client Computing at Dell, said:

People are increasingly requiring access to digital content while on the go, in both their work and personal lives. Mobile devices have small screens, tablets and PCs aren’t always convenient to haul around, and all these devices require batteries that can run down. ‘Project Ophelia’ turns capable TVs and monitors into personal and reliable Wi-Fi enabled work or entertainment stations – all managed easily by IT via Dell Wyse Cloud Client Manager.
