It’s more than likely that you’ve seen the famous music video for the Korean pop sensation Gangnam Style by Psy. It has reached over 1.2 billion views and was the top trending YouTube video of last year.

This new version of the video, created by YouTube user Etoilec1, takes it to a more artistic level. ‘Flipbook Style Gangnam’ features a person flipping through every frame from the video, which have been hand-drawn using colored pencils.

The flipbook animation takes viewers through each scene, perfectly matching the original video. It must have taken Etoilec1 hours to draw, and the artistic recreation is an impressive tribute.
