The HP Photoball takes photos as it bounces around the crowd during a music festival and send them to a live feed on stage.

As part of HP's strategy to introduce its new repositioning of “Making Memories Last,” festival revelers during the Sao Paulo music festival Planeta Terra were treated to an extraordinary photo-op with the HP Photoball, a giant ball that took photos as it was passed around the crowd. Outfitted with an HD camera and a wi-fi antenna, the Photoball captured images and relayed those images to the stage and to HP's Facebook fan page–all in real time. Fans could share and print the photos during the concert. More than three million viewers were also able to witness the concert via live online broadcast.
