Clay Shirky is well-versed when it comes to assessing the impact of the Internet on our society; he’s written two books on the subject and has held posts at institutions like Harvard’s Berkman Center For Internet And Society. He spoke about what he learned from interacting with creatives at PSFK CONFERENCE NYC 2012. Another ‘thought leader,’ Douglas Rushkoff, will be speaking at this year’s PSFK CONFERENCE 2013 on the subject of his book, ‘Present Shock,’ which is concerned about the rise of instant communication and how it has changed our societal narrative.
