Joe Gebbia of AirBnB discuss how he turned a simple idea into a billion dollar company.

AirBnB founder Joe Gebbia created his company because he realized that there was a large gap in the market. People wanted to be able to book places to stay, easily and efficiently, whether it be a crashpad on a friendly stranger's couch or a master bed in a stately home. He discussed how his idea developed from the pages of a Moleskine notebook at PSFK CONFERENCE 2011 NYC, and the importance of building and sustaining a narrative to achieve success.

On April 12, innovators and entrepreneurs like Joe will speak at our PSFK CONFERENCE 2013, to examine the changes and developments in fields as diverse as marketing and branding, and building the ideal city. Watch Joe's talk to get a taste of what is planned for this exciting event.
