Build A Home Or A Hotel In Four Simple Steps
Design & Architecture

Modular design makes putting together any type of building easy and affordable.

Klik is the work of two Australian companies – Elenberg Fraser and Unitised Building – who claim their prefabricated system is just as good for building a skyscraper as it is a designer home.

The building system is aimed at developers, architects, potential home-owners and anyone who can fill out a form. Unit dimensions are based on a simple system of standardised floor tiles and wall panels – reducing wasted off-cuts.

Step one is to choose the type and shape of the building you desire – be it a C-shaped skyscraper, a H-shaped house or any other permutation thereof. Step two is to select the type of apartment that will go inside – with a choice of 15 layouts for a one-, two- or three-bedroom house. Step three is to choose one of two color schemes and one of three levels of grandeur. Finally, you choose the exterior paint work you’d like.

Thanks to the simplified system, Klik is confident the cost of your own prefab-building will stay low, along with construction time and the need for quality checks – owing to rigorous tests that happen in the factory ahead of time.
