The Chicago Architecture Foundation has created a replica of every building in the metropolis.

Printed and online maps can generally give us an excellent perspective on our cities and other places, but sometimes looking at an actual model of a whole city can give us an even better sense of where every building and every street is.

The Chicago Architecture Foundation is able to provide that to its citizens and tourists. The foundation has been using 3D printing to create models of all the buildings in the city for The Chigaco Model, an up-to-date and accurate three-dimensional representation of Chicago.
