An Italian designer based in Cesena has taken inspiration from the animal world for his latest collection “Sending Animals” is a series of wooden furniture that mimics the silhouettes of animals such as cows, pigs and geese.

He tries to investigate the relationship between man and animal, looking for points where they cross over, which creates interesting dynamics, often brought to life with organic materials such as wood.

Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba describes his attraction to animals and their shapes as:

An ancestral , ancient call to our inner instinct and to nature.
