In Japan women can rent out ad space on their thighs. Yes, thighs.

The brainchild of Tokyo PR consultant Hidenori Atsumi, the ad program already has over 3,000 women signing up to be paid for sticking ads on their upper thighs.

Women have to be over the age of 18 to participate and must have at least 20 connections on their social media profiles. The women are required to walk around for eight hours a day while wearing the ads on their thighs.

According to Atsumi, women’s thighs are the perfect place for an ad since it’s an area that guys like to look at and girls are willing to expose. Participants are even recommended to wear miniskirts and long socks to attract attention to the ads.
