Japanese filmmaker uses particles to create floating images.

In his animated short film titled ‘Night Stroll,’ Japanese filmmaker Tao Tajima filmed urban landscapes around Tokyo. What’s special about his work is that he used the help of motion tracking technology, he then cleverly added geometrically-shaped motion graphics and particle reflections to the work.

The result sees an ingenious balance between digital and film artistry.
