Occupational therapist Christina Stephens gets creative after her foot was amputated in an accident.

Occupational therapist Christina Stephens had her foot amputated after an accident and has been chronicling her journey on the Facebook page Amputee OT.

She has a custom-made prosthetic leg but after someone in her research lab jokingly suggested she should make one out of LEGO, she went home and actually did it.

Stephens recorded a making-of video which shows her crafting the “Legoleg” using a big tub of the colorful building bricks. Check out the construction process detailing how she put it together and the amazing finished prosthetic in the video below:
