The sports brand's latest footwear is so flexible it can bend at all angles.

The new Nike Free Hyperfeel is meant to look, feel and function like an extension of one's foot.

The new shoe is the latest product designed based on the brand's “Nature Amplified” principle, which focuses on creating sportswear with three factors in mind–body movement, science and athlete feedback.

Nike's research lab analyzed foot movement using pressure-mapping technology and high-speed film to determine the specific areas of the foot that would need traction and cushioning, and to design the shoe in a way that would allow the foot to be as close to the ground as possible.
