Everyday items like mayonnaise given a fresh perspective by designers

When your job is to know a particular brand inside out, it can be easy to settle in to a fairly fixed view of things. To prevent that happening, Unilever tasked INT Works with the job of helping their executives see the brands they work with in a whole new light.

INT Works commissioned eight internationally celebrated artists and designers to consider their own relation to Unilever’s products and transform them into provocative new objects.

The result was Reform, an exhibition that debuted at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity this year.

Various works included a pair of Hellmann’s Dumbbells by Lernert & Sander, a modular Pot Noodle table by Nick Blakeman and Esther Robinson, as well as emergency Axe body spray horns by Oak Studio.
