How Google Glass Can Impact The Religious Experience

RustyBrick, a company founded by brothers Barry and Ronnie Schwartz, has a number of apps aimed at the Jewish market.Their latest, JewGlass, is a Google Glass app that aims to “fundamentally change the way Jews think about observing Judaism.”

How Google Glass Can Impact The Religious Experience

JewGlass sends relevant, geo-based notifications based on the user’s preferences directly into their line of vision. These include prayer times, synagogue locations, prayer tips, and Shabbat start or end time reminders. Kosher restaurant information could also be provided at meal times, with directions to nearby eateries, menus and contact details. RustyBrick writes:
