Bentley Unveils Furniture Line Inspired By Its Own Cars [Pics]

Luxury automotive brand joins forces with an Italian furniture company to produce their own range

Perhaps having something to do with the furniture collection launched by Mercedes-Benz last year, Bentley has decided to team up with Italian furniture brand Club House Italia – which also produces pieces for fashion houses Fendi and Kenzo – to create their own line of luxury furniture for the home and office.

The Bentley Home collection includes a range of seating, tables in various sizes, a pair of cabinets and a bed, all of which are composed of a colour palette that uses varying neutral tones of ivory and taupe matched with shades of beige and cream. Quilted diamond patterns used in Bentley cars to decorate their leather interiors, as well as the veneers used for panelling, have been adapted for the upholstery as well.


An exercise in subtlety rather than showmanship, the collection will be on display at the Maison & Objet Paris trade fair in January, but in the meantime you can take a look through the gallery to see some of the luxury pieces:
