Interone BBDO created a temporary recruiting site, catching potential employees off-guard.

Every year, the Art Directors’ Club of Germany publishes the “most creative work in the country” on its site. Unsuspecting creatives who happened to click on Interone BBDO‘s designs as they browsed through the contest winners last week were in for a shock — surprise job interview!

The German digital agency created a program to hijack the site, a resource for professional designers, in an unusual recruiting campaign. Anyone who happened to be online at the time and display an interest in BBDO was immediately transported to the agency’s offices for an interview via webcam. (We should hope their current bosses didn’t notice!)
