Scandinavian furniture brand gets its own taste of idol art.

Design site Web Urbanist has compiled a series of IKEA tributes from fans all over the world, showing how the brand’s furniture and accessories intersect with people’s lives.

Since its opening, the brand has attained a huge number of die-hard fans, with some people even wishing to get married in store. Now, some of those fans have developed many a tribute to the cheap interiors brand’s expertise in its space-saving culture. Some pieces are in the form of science fiction-inspired assembly manuals, hacked and redesigned IKEA products, and some contributors have even held photo shoots imagining what living in the store would be like.
