A short guide written to better inform readers about the art of wine tasting.
Master sommelier Richard Betts wanted to produce something to mold wine lovers into smarter drinkers. With the help of Crystal English Sacca and Wendy MacNaughton, he found a way to do just that. Delivering an innovative approach on wine education, the authors published a kids’ book for adults titled The Essential Scratch and Sniff Guide to Becoming a Wine Expert.
The book features quirky illustrations and 16 distinctive scents, and helps readers choose wines to better suit their palate. In twenty pages, Betts was able to capture the essence of the wine tasting, without leaving out a single drop of detail.
