For the past 10 years, the LA Design Challenge at the annual auto show has offered an opportunity for auto design studios to compete against one another and stretch their creative abilities. In the past the Design Challenge has asked the studios to develop far into the future ideas ranging from luxury cars to movie vehicles. “Biomimicry & Mobility 2025: Nature’s Answer to Human Challenges.” was selected as this years’ theme which aimed to combine automotive design and technology with inspiration from plants, animals and the natural environment.
