The AudioOrbs is a large-scale glass orb with 18 speakers mounted inside of it for a surreal immersive sound experience. There are only two in existence and the idea was conceptualized and designed by Scandinavian creative lab Studio Total and Pjadad, this publicly confined space is the only sound system you can crawl into. It is fitted with Tempur-pedic pillows and cancels out all outdoor noise making it the perfect setting for musical therapy.

While it might be one of the pricer Indiegogo campaigns, the project itself is as an example of contemporary design and functional art. If it is something you might be interesting in obtaining, the two limited edition orbs can be found here.
