Today, product designers seem focused on creating products that have as few buttons as possible. However, DIMPLE is a new set of NFC-enabled stickers that lets you add physical controls to any Android device. Each of the buttons can be programmed to perform a specific function, which gives you a one-touch way to perform your favorite actions.

DIMPLE is just 0.5mm thin, which is the equivalent of five human hairs stacked on top of each other, and can be placed on the back of your Android device. Each button also has a patented groove and a braille dimple for easier recognition. Best of all, the buttons will harvest energy radiated from your phone, which means they don’t need any batteries.

Whether you use DIMPLE to launch your favorite app, turn on a flashlight, or listen to music, each button should be able to withstand about 2 million clicks. If you change your mind, you can also reassign the functionality around 100,000 times before the button memory wears out.

The buttons aren’t available for sale just yet, but the company plans to launch an Indiegogo campaign on May 6th. For those who back the campaign, you can get DIMPLE for $26.99, while it’s expected to retail for $28.99.
