IKEA Transforms An Entire Monorail Line Into A Mobile Showroom [Pics]

If you’re anything like the average person, you love IKEA; and if you happen to be in Tokyo this party train is a sight you should be sure to see.


To celebrate the opening of a new location near Tokyo’s Tachikawa station, IKEA decorated a whole monorail line with Ikea furnishings. The opening included food, drinks, and a sign that read “IKEA Party Train.” Visitors could interact with the products in a showroom setting that offer a little something more than the traditional in-store arrangements.
