Mayo Clinic Offers A Real-Time Medical Concierge For Anyone Anywhere The Mayo Clinic, along with California-based health technology startup, Better, has created an app that app aims to give patients 24/7 health care assistance for just $49.95 a month. One of the biggest features is real-time video chat with Mayo Clinic nurses, but the service also includes a “symptom checker” which incorporates patients’ health history, and access to a personal medical concierge who can help schedule doctor’s appointments. The service is compliant with federal health privacy regulations, and monthly subscription free is per household, which means a whole family can benefit.
