Theo Moller's Blow lamps can inflate or fold flat for easy shipping.

German designer Theo Möller first wanted to design a flying lamp. He wanted to use the heat of a lamp to let a lamp fly, but he ended up with a simple inflatable tube lined with an LED stripe, and the Blow lamp was born.

The Blow lamp can be inflated like a balloon by blowing into a valve at one end of a tube made out of polyethylene. The valve is closed off by the pressure of the air inside the tube. The inside of the tube is lined with aluminum coating and an LED strip inside the tube reflects off the aluminium to create an ambient light.
