The Cloud, by I & J Ideations, is a mechanism which turns cuisine into vapors that you can sip

The future is in the Cloud we are often told. And now, a new product by I & J Ideations' BevLab, imagines that the future of the food is also in cloud-form, literally. On display at the World Maker Faire in New York City was BevLab's cloud generator, which creates “edible clouds” of food using a vaporizing mechanism.

Fittingly called The Cloud, the device is a glass vessel that has a piezo element in the base, alongside flavored water. Irwin Adam Eydelnant, co-founder of I and J Ideations, explains to The Creator's Project how The Cloud works:
