ToneWood-Amp, or Twamp, is a phone-sized box that lets electric guitarists get the effects they want from an acoustic instrument

Musicians and guitar players normally need to whip out cables and attach their guitars to amplifiers, stompboxes or pedals and other sorts of equipment to add cool effects to their guitar playing.

Mobilenoiz, a Phoenix, Arizona-based digital and music technology company founded in 2010 by Ofer and Helene Webman, has developed a new product called ToneWood-Amp that lets musicians and guitar players augment the sound of their acoustic guitars with digital effects without the need for massive amps and other equipment.
