Today, we’re constantly connected, in all ways possible, and living in a world that makes it seem everything we do is measured by time. We’re not paying attention to what we’re doing, we’re not aware, and a lot of times we’re not really thinking. It’s hard to disconnect, especially when we’re measuring things like our heart rate, food intake, and exercise habits. But what if there was an app that makes you stop; makes you breathe; makes you think? It seems counterintuitive, but this one makes you plug in (to the app) and to basically unplug from your day-to-day, where you’re essentially unaware).
