Online platform lets artist showcase their work via mural, posters to help raise awareness
Bully is a 2011 docu-film that gave viewers unprecedented access to the prevalence and psychological impact of bullying in America. An estimated 160,000 children across America miss school everyday because of fear of intimidation or attack by a bully.
From the film emerged “The Bully Project”, a youth-powered social initiative that aims to destroy bullying by educating students and schools about peer-to-peer intimidation and violence. According to its website, The Bully Project’s 10 Million Kids Campaign has reached out to 3.6 million individuals and counting.
